I am in the same boat as you. I am a very picky eater. No fruits or veggies. So I have to make adjustments where I can and slowly work myself into trying new foods. One thing that I have done is cut out (as much as possible) red meat. I eat chicken or turkey. I also control my portion sizes and eat only what I really need.…

I meet my wife at science camp the summer between our Junior and Senior years in high school. I walked into the Botany lab and she immediately starts telling me what I need to do. I guess I really liked that because she is still telling me what to do 18 years later.
