I was up .4 this morning... 148 even.... My plan today is to take some cold medicine about a half an hour before I'm done with work... so it kicks in by the time I go home and I will be able to breath and exercise!!!!!!! *sigh* Actually feeling a bit better today just tired. Good luck everyone!

Anne... the first hour... I'm the same way.... ZOMBIE EAT BRAINS!!! or something of the like... hehehe... I'm getting better at it though. I've actually started being early to work instead of fifteen minutes late all the time... and for me... that is an accomplishment. :)

Anne- I work for CarQuest auto parts store.... I had about 8 tiers to move and organize. Was a good workout. lol I like putting freight away in the morning because... once again I get a ton of exercise from hefting brake rotors and other various car parts. :)

I'm redoing our brake calipers today... will be burning LOTS of calories moving all those around.... WHEW! May do a formal workout later.... depending.

Kim, I'm posting a second weight. I really didn't expect my weight to be less tonight then it was this morning considering I ate more today than normal. Go Figure. :)
