NSV- My first 5K
I did it... I accomplished my first 5k. It was in the rain and 45 degree F weather. I did it in about 45 minutes which I am rather happy with. It feels so good to have done this. A year ago I wouldn't have been about to do this.

58 lbs down
Last year at this time I was 195 lbs... I am now 136 and in the Healthy BMI Range for my height... which is 5'2". Couldn't have done it without MFP and all the amazing people I've met here. I have another 20 to reach my goal, but thought I'd share. :)

Shin pain
Been doing the 30 days Shred and I love, but my shins are killing me. I do at least an additional ten mins of stretching afterword just to get my legs pliable again. Anyone have any recommendations for helping alleviate shin pain? Icey Hot helps but that's only temporary. Thanks
