Shin pain

Been doing the 30 days Shred and I love, but my shins are killing me.
I do at least an additional ten mins of stretching afterword just to get my legs pliable again.

Anyone have any recommendations for helping alleviate shin pain?
Icey Hot helps but that's only temporary.

    I used to get that just walking fast. Do a lot of stretching and drink lots of water. Google shin splints and good stretches for it..you will find a lot of information.

    Eww shin splints. My problem was solved by stretching A LOT, and buying new, nice shoes.

    Drink a protein shake before you go to bed! I know it sounds weird, but thats what I was told and it actually helps with my shin pain!

    I know I need new shoes, but just don't have the money right now.
    Hmmm... Protein shakes? That does sound weird. Have to look into it.
    It's such a hard area to stretch out.
