Thank you everyone! Also if it's okay I'm going to send some friend request to you guys! Thank you so much. I guess I was just disappointed because I felt I should have lost a pound or two instead of gaining. I do notice when I hit the gym the next day the scale does go up. Thanks again!

About a little over a year ago when I first started running, I could barely make it 30 seconds without stopping and feeling like garbage. Now I'm training for my first half marathon in April. You can do it! Running like any other sport takes practice. You got this!

Yes! Sometimes I even feel bigger than before, and I know I'm not. It is so weird. I think we are just hyper aware of our weight loss now. We got this!
