actually that is what I am doing now. I used to powerlift but now I am doing low weights with super sets. 20/15/10/5 till I am exhausted.

I like Egg whites and turkey sausage for breakfast Chicken Salad for lunch and I might be a little weird I love cereal for dinner. (frosted mini wheats)
