If you go under setting you can add another category and call it drinks! That is what I do and I track my tea, diet soda, and OJ. Or if I have milk or something else that is liquid....oh like my beer and vodka!

I plan on eatting what I want..However the key is still moderation...I also plan on tracking it......its not a holiday every day and you cannot stay under your calories everyday!!!! Enjoy the day...there is nothing you can do in that one/two days that can cause damage!!!! Enjoy the bunnies!

I would think you are not eatting enough and therefore should eat your calories back. I know you are trying to look wonderful (which you already do) for your wedding and you will probably lose the weight but as soon as you get back, unless you keep eatting so little you are just going to gain all the weight back and…

Same as what has already been posted. Went back in your diary a couple of weeks. Try adding more fiber, fruits and veggies. There are a lot of processed foods. Try going to whole grains for your bread intake as well. Hope that helps! :-)

No one ever got fat eatting Ketchup! Unless they are drinking the entire bottle each day! My eggs always have it! Yes I have learned that you only need 1tbsp and I do measure it now as opposed to just pouring it all over the place!

I got underwear at Costco called Fat Free Zone.....they are fantastic....14.97 for 3 pairs. they don't roll down and they are great!

This..... and aim to exceed protein.....the levels are low on this and if you are working out a lot....your body needs it! Fiber....fills you up more and get for system cleaning! I would not stress about any of them! If you are drinking lots of water and sweating a lot your body is getting rid of a lot of sodium

I increased my fiber and changed to all whole grains in my diet. Lots of veggies! I was sick of taking pills. I double the recommended fiber on MFP and I have for the last 3 weeks.....for the last 2 weeks I have gone everyday 2-3 per day! I feel great... Try benefiber in your food and water! If not...go see a Dr....

It is all about portion control and I go out and drink/eat every weekend as well! I get up in the morning and do good work out. I work out to eat and drink! You don't have to stop living. What is your weight loss goal set at? as you are very close to where you want to be you might want to go to .5 per week. I took a look at only a week but watch the sodium. Moderation is key.....I eat everything the same...the only thing I cannot keep in the house is Chips....I still eat them when I want them but I just buy the smaller bags (yes more expensive but I eat the whole bag) Everything else is in my house and I just enjoy it in moderation!

I am going to go against everyone...I love shakeology....but I use it as a protein shake before and after the gym...I love the taste and it has helped me a lot.....I do 1/2 a scoop in the day time and 1/2 a scoop with a water after the gym...my body feels so much better....My best friend loves it!!!! has it every morning!…
