Ours is still up. I need to find the motivation to take it down. It makes a really nice night light in the dark corner of our living room, I might just leave it and put Valentine's Day decorations on it! Then Easter..and so on :tongue:

I ate what I wanted from Thanksgiving to Christmas since I was focusing on not smoking. I gained 9lbs! So no more of that, I clearly have to count calories for the rest of my life. I have my goal set around 1550 which is my BMR.

I'll be watching carbs (cutting out the unecessary ones) eating at my BMR, and getting exercise in when I can. I hope to get a stationary bike ordered tomorrow to tide me over until I can get a treadmill. I gained 9lbs between November 24-December 26th. I did quit smoking on turkey day which didn't help matters. I'm down…

I don't feel feminine at all and I hate it. I have small breasts, big hands, big feet, and broad shoulders. I'm especially self conscious in the town I live in because there aren't very many tall women. Sigh.

I check what my heart rate is before I start the workout-- after getting into work out clothes, getting shoes on, getting my HRM strapped on, etc. It's usually around 100-110. I stop it after the workout once I hit that number again. It's usually within a minute or two.

I quit smoking on Thanksgiving, and I'm finally getting a grip on my hunger. I wasn't eating out of habit, I was genuinely hungry all the time. Just keep at it, if you're eating right and exercising, things will turn around for you! And congrats for quitting!!

Running is not my favorite thing to do as my shins hurt almost immediately, but if I can get a treadmill (wish they weren't so spendy) I've vowed to try running again. (I haven't ran since I had to in the Army Reserves over 6 years ago) I'm pretty sure my time will be awful, but I'm definitely curious to see where I'm at.

My goal is to find my way back to eating right and getting some exercise in. Since I've quit smoking that has been my main focus, but on the 24th I'll have been smoke free for a month and ready to start shifting my focus back, now that I know I got this!

Maybe a google docs spreadsheet? You can put your size and the sizes and clothing items you have available. That way people can message you if they have your size to give away, and people can msg those who have their size. Then you can add or delete as things are taken. I have a shorty!! I for some reason only attract shorter men. I can't recall dating anyone who has been taller! My SO is 5'8" and I'm 5'10." When he wears his work boots or dress boots, the difference is pretty slight as long as I'm in flats.

I'm a big fan of glasses! I mostly wear contacts, but I have a black pair and a purple pair. Everyone looks fab :smile: I don't have a lot of pictures of me in mine!

I usually wear my bra to bed. I have sensitive nips and often times my shirt will rub em raw.

You're not eating enough is my guess. You must not have much more to lose, if that's the case change your settings to half a lb a week. No more than a lb a week. When you're close to goal it doesn't come off as quickly as it did when you weighed more.

Beings I've broke it off with mostly all of my exes, not that I wouldn't mind, but I'm not friends with any of them. I keep things civil with my ex husband for my daughter's sake but he's pretty immature and a terrible father.

Congrats! I've been eating low carb for several months now; my favorite side effect is typically I don't have to count calories as I naturally eat less, and also NO water weight gain during that time of the month! I didn't believe it at first, but after three straight months of no gain I finally accepted it. Very awesome…

This is my third time gaining and losing the same 30-40 lbs. I'm going slower this time, and I've hit bumps along the way. I will gain some, but instead of letting it take over I use it as motivation to get back to where I was and keep going. It's definitely hard, but well worth it!
