Fairlife protein shakes! Protein is SO important with this med, you will see hair and muscle loss if you aren't mindful.

Hello! I have been on Zep since the end of December. I was on Wegovy, so it's not quite working to its fullest potential yet since I started at the lowest dose. Next week I move to 12.5 and hope that will be where I see my success! It's hard to not eat when you feel hungry. I have lost 20lbs so far from willpower alone,…

Hello! I started Zepbound the end of December. I'm also intermittent fasting 18:6. I'm down 20lbs so far. Feel free to add me!

Hi! I took my first shot 12/29. I was on Wegovy at the full dose and gained 20lbs since July. Thankful for another option. I'm down 10lbs so far, but I have been very strict. I'm not getting any appetite suppression yet. Add me if you would like! I hope you have great success! If anyone says anything I say thank you! I've…

I started today, and will only be on it for 3 months. My GP actually mentioned it, I didn't bring it up. I have been trying to lose weight on and off for 6 years and having the hardest time. My labs are normal. So I'm willing to try even with the side effects because because being obese is harder on my body than anything…

I experienced the same this go around. I hardly lost anything the first 4 weeks, and finally now weight is starting to come off. Hang in there, I know it's frustrating!!

A little heavy cream and caramel flavored premier protein.

1300 is a fair amount, are you losing rapidly?

Also back myself, and I agree it works much better with support!

Great job and willpower!!

That's wonderful! I bought a meter to track as I'm teetering on the edge of pre-diabetes.

My grocery store HyVee carries it but it flies off the shelves. I was able to nab the buns but I haven't decided what I want to make with it. I'm excited low carb products are expanding, it makes this WOE much easier!

How I felt the first couple weeks LOL

I'm starting again as well. This is probably my 6th restart in 14 years. Sounds pathetic when I type it out lol. I understand life getting in the way! It's tough. Sounds like you're prepared though, you'll do great! I read and comment on threads for support, it helps!

I bought myself a new long jacket for this brutal Minnesota winter. It was an XL I ordered online, it fit snug but fit. A month in I could easily zip it up and I didn't feel like I was busting out of it! Also I have a pair of high waisted 5 button up jeggings. I couldn't button the top button before but I can now. Woo hoo!…

Chinese buffet, hands down

I started January 4th. 2-3 weeks in I got an early period (I'm on the pill) and pert near bled out. With that I got two very large, very painful cystic pimples on my face. One close to my nostril and one big ol sucker dead center of my chin. That was weeks ago and it's still healing! I just needed braces and head gear to…

This has been my go to! I make all sorts of sandwiches with it. You could keep some in the fridge and fry it up when you're ready to eat. I use butter to toast it in a skillet. I do egg and cheese, use bacon or sausage, I omit the syrup and add parsley and garlic salt for other sandwiches like hot ham and cheese and blts.…

I sleep much better. I have a fitbit so it's been interesting to see the difference. I stay asleep for longer periods of time and move around less. I have really weird dreams though, but that's not so bad.

I survived! I also had acne issues that are getting better now. Hope to not have a repeat of that, thanks to those who commented!

I work in the mental health field and being healthy in your mind and soul is so important! Sure it's seasonal and situational to feel depressed. I've battled depression on and off for 20 years. I know when I need to talk to my Dr about being on an antidepressant and I know when I'm doing well. Keto won't cure your…

I have been on and off keto for years. I struggle a lot with my weight fluctuations. But I always come back to it because I love how I feel and how quickly I can drop pounds. I gained all the weight back I lost last year when I fell off the wagon and now I'm starting over. Please feel free to add me!

I found them to be pretty greasy but they sure substitute well for a shell! I was pleasantly surprised.

Yes, this. I enjoyed the taste but I felt like it contributed to my lesser weight loss in February. I'm now using monkfruit and I also bought Pyure. So far I've only tried the monkfruit in my coffee. Funky smell but tastes fine as far as I can tell. I won't be using xylitol again.
-
@River_Goddess I also didn't lose as much as I hoped for February and only my 2nd month in. I also felt like I did really well but the scale did not reflect. This 50 lbs left to lose feels forever away. But at the end of the day we're successful and reaching our goals! @NikkiJRM I won't be on a computer today, could you…

Southern MN, restarted keto January 2nd. I attempted it last April and lost 19lbs but I petered out about 6 weeks in. I spent 7 months getting in the right mindset so I can make this my lifestyle indefinitely. It sure made a difference! I feel much more successful. 22lbs lost and counting! Ready for some warmer weather so…

I have a package of pasta zero in the fridge. The package is about 2.5 servings.. do you portion it out or eat it all? I'm still planning what I'll do with it. I'm the sole low carber in the house.
