New to Keto and Struggling to Get

Hi, I have been doing Keto for a few weeks. I am having troubles getting in enough calories. Eating this way I get full very easy and it is hard to eat more. I am struggling to get 1300 calories in..... My goal is 1800 to 2000....

    Appetite will probably come back. Try tastier foods that u want to eat more of. Like steak with garlic rosemary butter, guacamole and flackers, buffalo or lemon pepper wings, Cobb salad with blue cheese. Definitely won't be under calories with those LOL

    I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
    It won’t last. It’s very common to not have much hunger when you begin to be able to access what you have stored.

    Hormone levels balance and your body's natural feelings of fullness and hunger become active. It feels extremely weird and new. You got body fat, so your body isn't trying to get you to go out and gather berries. Just be sure you are giving your body proper nutrients like vitamins and minerals, and amino acids from proteins as not to get some deficiency.
