You've got this!! :) I have 160lbs more to loose and already lost 28. Its so hard being so overweight, I do 5k a day and am motivated more then ever to change my life style. I'm tired of not fitting into things, being scared of people making fun of me, and being uncomfortable in my own skin. Keep strong and keep plugging…
