Sit-ups or any ab exercises WILL NOT work unless you're doing cardio! Sit-ups will tone your muscles but you will never be able to see that toning until you burn the fat sitting on top of them. Just do alot of jogging, running or Eliptical training and you will see that belly fat disappear! Also, drinking alot of water…

Even though ive lost close to 30lbs, my thighs won't go anywhere. My belly and arms are definitely smaller though.

i RARELY EVER come close to my carb goal! However i do always go over on my protein and sugar, but that hasn't kept me from atleast dropping 2-3 pounds per week. :-)

Don't worry you will be fine! Try eating and drinking uncontrollably for 3 whole days! Yes my vacation to Miami last weekend had me thinking i gained 5 lbs, only to find out it was water weight and that i somehow actually lost a pound once i got rid of the water weight. Weird huh? just get back on track tomorrow!

I always go over my protein limit and because of that, i have been losing weight a lot faster. More protein and less carbs will cause you to burn fat much faster. More protein will also keep you full longer sooo... i wouldn't worry about it.

Everyone is different. I eat sweets such as cupcakes and ice cream all throughout the week but i have consistently been losing about 2-3 pounds per week. I do exercise everyday to try and balance it out. I actually lost about 14 pounds last month even though i went over on my sugar intake almost every single day.
