The vacuum sealer works great for me! I usually only want about a half of one, and my husband hates them. I seal the half with the pit for the next day.

I'm not a sweet oatmeal person either. I just stir in a tablespoon of chia seeds into my old fashioned oats near the end of cooking and then put a half a tablespoon of Kerrygold butter on top.

Breakfast: Double Earl Grey with collagen and fiber powder, old fashioned oatmeal with chia seeds and grass-fed butter. Lunch: Leftover grilled chicken with hot sauce, carrots, Ruffles and a pear Dinner: TBD, we have our annual work party tonight and I'm unsure of what is being served.

Found some salmon in the freezer so I'm going to bake that tonight with a heap of steamed broccoli and a piece of chocolate.
-
Oh for sure! I find that I just measure out some raw veggies on my plate instead of doubling, adding a little oil and seasoning and roasting them, and then making sure I just have my half.

I had no idea these existed, thank you!

I mix the plain one with my chocolate protein powder and almond milk. Also in brownies: https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/dessert/dessert-other-dessert/pb2-flourless-chocolate-brownies.html

This is a recipe for a nightly binge for me! These are good things to incorporate into your day, but this would not work for me long term.

I have done this many times as well. What I find helps me from going home and inhaling all the foods is eating a snack between 4 and 5 before I leave for work. Something that takes the edge off like a little bit of Greek yogurt or a protein bar. Also working out right when I get home seems to curb the hunger until I can…

I had no idea you could eat them this way. How do they taste compared to shelled almonds?

Yea iceberg doesn't really have much taste to me either, but it is great wrapped around a burger instead of a bun. Makes for some great crunch.

A butterflied chicken breast cooked on the stove with a small bit of oil and whatever seasoning we are in the mood for. For sides we will do raw vegetables, a bag of the microwave rice or a bagged salad.

I actually take both. I have a vitamin D deficiency, and when I hit 30 my skin dried out a lot. These are the two I take, the fish oil is really tasty and it does come in different flavors. The lemon one tastes like icing.…

The potato, cheese, tuna option would keep me satiated longer, but if I was wanting something sweet that fit in my goals I would be all over that nutella!
-
Personally, not for me. I tried it in grad school and my heart would either start racing or fluttered. Switched back to coffee.

Definitely vinegar, like others have mentioned. I usually use red wine vinegar, but a friend brought me a bottle of blueberry vinegar that is amazing on summer salads with berries. Here are the ratios I use, and this makes enough for two salads: - 2 TBS Olive Oil - 1 TBS Vinegar - 2 tsp Dijon mustard - 1 tsp honey - Lots…

These responses crack me up! No crummies in the bed!

Roughly chopped in a salad, mashed and spread on toast, guacamole, or just sliced and sprinkled with salt and fresh ground black pepper.
-
How long did you have it going, and what temp did you use? Sounds like it might have just cooked too long.

So this actually happened to me when I first joined this site. The first few days that I was on here and started tracking I was more aware of it and just not hungry. That quickly wore off, though!

Awesome! We saw him a few years ago at a festival in Dallas and they were so good live.

What do you have access to, kitchen-wise? Can you cook a meal on a stove or in an oven, or do you just have a microwave?
-
My husband and I typically have a protein shake for breakfast, and I have portioned out the chocolate protein powder and PB2 so all I have to do is dump everything in a blender bottle. I sometimes make a green smoothie that I can prep the night before. You can also make mini crustless quiches or just boiled eggs and keep…

I eat it as a side, sliced or diced with a squeeze of lime, sea salt and lots of fresh cracked pepper.
-
On Sunday we grilled steak, chicken and vegetables so we will eat on that for lunches this week. I've also portioned out carrots and different kinds of berries so I can just grab and go in the morning.

I love Barlean's liquid, it tastes like lemon icing. https://www.amazon.com/Barleans-Organic-Oils-16-Ounce-Bottle-Packing/dp/B002VLZ8BW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1490119882&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=barlean+lemon+swirl&psc=1 I usually just take it in cold weather, it helps my skin from being so dry and itchy all the time.

I used to get strep throat all the time when I was a kid, it was easy to swallow when your throat hurt that much. And it always had to be raspberry or apricot.

My advice would be don't try to do too much at once, it can get overwhelming at first. You don't have to eat only vegetables and protein shakes and exercise three hours a day. Buy a food scale if you don't already have one, and then start measuring out portions of foods you actually like. Proper portions of food are eye…

I've done hot Jell-O when I've been sick, and do the full calorie one since you are not eating anything else.

If you are having friends over soon you can save it to put in queso.
