Baked apples! http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/baked_apples_with_dried_fruits_walnuts.html I like this recipe, but I leave out the spices since I'm not a fan and it's still tasty. I'm not sure if you consider this too calorie dense, but you could cut the filling or preserves in half.

I absolutely love it, and I really need it. I get so tightly wound because I rarely stretch and it was starting to cause other issues. I go 2-3 times a week, and I like classes better than doing it at home.
-
I control it by measuring out portions of everything, filling up on less calorie dense things such as produce, and finding something else to do when a pointless snack attack starts. There is always a load of laundry to do, a counter to wipe down or an errand to run that makes me forget about mindless eating.

I personally love the Blue Diamond Almond Breeze 60 calorie original. They also have 30 and 90 calorie, but I find the 30 one too watery and the 90 one too thick.

Here is a cottage cheese recipe that came with my Vitamix: https://www.vitamix.com/Recipes/Low-Fat-Alfredo-Sauce/C-Series/Variable-Speed/Classic-64-Ounce

It's great! Cashew butter is really good too. Some of the bigger grocery stores now have those 'grind your own' nut butter stations so you can get some without any added sugar.

Someone had posted about a calorie free alfredo sauce from Walden Farm. There isn't any actual dairy in it, it's just flavor extracts and spices. Out of curiosity I got one and it was the most horrendous thing I have ever eaten, aside from Sugar Free Haribo Gold Bears. If I am craving alfredo, I will make a small batch of…

I actually prefer to mix my carbs and fats, it seems to keep me full longer. I love apples with a little almond butter and cheese and some kind of cracker.
-
I love using this app for that since you can just drop a serving in to your diary.
-
I thought it was the sugar free gummy bear cleanse?
-
Ha! We really are!
-
This is not going to end well.

Definitely preplan, most of the larger grocery stores will have an app that you can compile a list with and see what is on sale. Buy in bulk for non-perishables and things you can freeze. Buy what is in season. I've read of people stretching their budgets with dry beans and legumes in places of some meats. Those are pretty…

It's amazing, and probably a good thing I have a hard time finding a good quality one close to me. My husband and I can destroy a ball at dinner.
-
I like them in oatmeal, the gice a nice crunch, and in coconut water and my green smoothies.
-
Just how out of control restaurant portions are. Especially with Italian food. You have got to be mindful when you dine out.

Nuts, beef jerky, hummus, berries, cheese, chocolate and carrots are my favorites. Oh! And guacamole! You can get these little 100 calorie packs that are delicious.
-
That's actually what I do, my smoothie this morning was 85g spinach/15g kale for the base.
-
Ha! That made me chuckle. Serously though, I couldn't imagine just drinking straight kale juice, way too bitter.

I have an insulated lunch sack that I take to work with ice packs in it, and it's good for me for 5-6 hours. I leave it on my desk because I hate the communal refrigerator situation we have here. I will take cubed chicken, but I can eat that cold. Whole fruits would be easy, you don't need to refrigerate those. You could…

I just checked Amazon, and this link has the nutrition label as one of the pics and it's 30 grams. http://www.amazon.com/Bugles-201227-Original-7-5-oz/dp/B00060ZGRG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1438964061&sr=8-1&keywords=bugles Hate it when they list things like that with a volumetric measurement, I could totally cram a ton of…

I've noticed with most chips, the weight of one serving is also listed. Typically, it's one ounce (28 grams)

These are the ones I have been taking: http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/p/vitamin-d3-2000-iu-100-softgels/vs-2463 They also come in 5000 iu I'll get my bloodwork done again next month so I can see how well they work. I think last year my level was 36, and it's supposed to be between 30-100.

I haven't gone low carb, but I'm going low simple carb. You need them for brain function and energy. I'm not sure what type of carbs that you are 'addicted' to, but I'm assuming breads and the like. Simple carbs cause my blood sugar to spike and crash, and I got myself into this vicious cycle of hanger and binging. It was…

Japanese - Sashimi (if you like raw fish) Chinese - Moo goo gai pan, I personally skip rice and eat a whole portion of this Thai - Sorry, don't have any suggestions here. I love Pad See Ew and it's pretty calorie dense and I will put soy sauce over the top. It's flat noodles with brocolli and egg, and I add chicken. It's…

Crustless mini quiches! There are tons of recipes online, especially pintrest. You can customize them any way you want, and since you are making them in a muffin tin you can make more than one kind. These are also a great way to use up leftovers.
-
I love them. It is a high calorie snack, so be sure you track it. They do a pretty good job of keeping me full. The savory flavors are delicious as well.
-
I love water with lemon or cucumber in it, nice and refreshing on a hot day.

Do you like blackened fish? I absolutely love Paul Prudhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic seasoning.
