  • I much prefer to go with someone - not to workout together but because if I arrange to go with someone or even meet them there then I feel committed to do so. Once there I tend to do classes anyway so it makes no difference if I go with someone or alone.

  • I found them very bitter. Didn't like them at all.
  • I tried a slow carb diet for a while (4 hour body by Tim Ferris) but didn't suit me as I found it hugely restrictive when out of the house. I am trying however to cut down carbs generally and always looking for motivation and inspiration!
