I plan on beginning my training for a marathon I'm doing in April..I'm just getting back into the habit of regular exercise and this'll give me something to keep focus on. I tend to STAY on a break if I give myself one haha.

I love Women's Health mag and Women's Fitness isn't bad either. I do get Shape, but I'm not going to resubscribe after this one is up. I find there are too many advertisments and the articles are just ok.

I just add it under circuit training, general...I lost my HRM strap so I'm not sure how accurate it is, but it seems like the a lot of people find MFP is pretty accurate when it comes to determining calories burned. I'm 23 and am looking to just make eating healthier and working out regularly a habit. I don't have a specific weight loss goal, but I need motivation to get my butt moving! Seeing other my age living a healthy lifestyle is inspirational and sometime all I need to get myself movin'!

I'm not too sore afterwards...but I can tell my chest muscles are definitely worked with doing pushups everyday. My shoulders hurt the most in this workout, even the first shoulder move (squat+press) gets me...it feels like the smaller shoulder muscles in there are being worked rather than the larger ones, which is fine!…

L1D5 done! I think from now on, I'm going to do whatever ab moves I can on the exercise ball I have...at least for L1. We'll see what L2 has in store lol. I got my dad and stepmom in town today, so we're going to be walking around a lot today...it'll feel good to enjoy the nice summer weather :)
