I know exactly what the problem is and I went through the same thing about 9 months ago. As a result of your overtraining and under eating your metabolism has bottomed out. In other words you need to slowly add more calories into your diet to lose the last little bit. When I went through this I was stuck at 11% body fat…

1lb a week is a perfectly healthy rate! I usually only recommend for people to lose 1-2lbs a week. And 3 workouts a week is great! dont be afraid to make that 5 though. keep up the great work

Sounds like a great gym to me! all you need is free weights and it very easy to get started. First off I know it is hard but dont worry about the other people there, they were beginners at one point in time too so forget what they say or do. Second if you want to try the free weight exercise start with some light dumbells…

Stay with the 1600 calories a day for awhile you want to shoot for about 1-2lb loss per week and sounds like you are close to that. Keep tracking consistently and try to workout 5-6 days per week and you should be doing just fine! great job so far.
-
Do whatever you want, just make sure you give your workout everything youve got while your there, find something you enjoy and stick to it

For the goal of getting a better butt, that is correct you should allow at least one full day between each glute workout if it is a full workout. if it is one of those challenges with only about 30 reps per day you are completely fine working them every day.

Any sort of carbs will work, gatorade, juice, milk. That will help restore your glycogen stores and be ready for your next workout

When I do eat bread I try to go with the brand with the most protein, usually 12 grain, or ezekiel bread

It is ok to go a shift without eating as long as you dont feel sick or ouut of sorts from doing so. It is however important to hit your daily calorie limit because fat gain/loss happens on a hourly/daily basis and it wouldnt be good to look at a weekly total because that would be almost irrelevant. It can be very hard to…

You probably arent eating enough to sustain yourself especially with exercise. Raise your calories and that should help you feel better and be able to work out without feeling sick. How is the g=weight loss going? Stay strong and get back on track you can do this!

Hey man I went through almost the exact same thing, Im 19 as well, I was around 175lbs in high school and was always athletic but slightly chubby. I did p90x to start losing the weight about 9 months ago and went to 150lbs. You can can definitely make your way up to 3000 but increase it by about 200 calorie a day every 2…

Hey I have completed p90x multiple times and I can help. I actually dont use the nutrition guide by the book, I picked their calorie levvel and macro ratios and ate my own foods on here. They recommend a ratio of 50% protein 30%carbs 20% fat. That is the fat shredder and you will definitely notice results while doing so

my go to is protein power balls from body beast, 1 cups peanut butter 3/4 cup rolled oats, 1 mashed banana and a scoop of whey protein mix together and roll into 12 balls

You are going to have to move your calories slowly down to figure out where you will lose weight at, 2300 for a woman is a great level and higher then most so you have been on the right track. I would suggest sticking with about 2000 for 2 weeks and see how much you lose, if you stay the same then drop again, if you lose…

Amino Energy is actually one of the safest preworkouts out there. It mainly uses amino acids to improve performance which are just components of protein. For caffeine it uses green tea and green coffee bean extracts which are also natural. There is no harm in continuing to use them. Also dont drink a protein shake as a…

Being a teenager myself please to do not let him do steriods. Tell him that there are better safer ways to build muscle and there is nothing earned when using steriods. If you cant you can have him talk to me about it I would love to help him out. I will message you for more details

Dude your story is almost exactly like mine haha, ive always been athletic but i stayed around 175 throughout high school and was alittle pudgy, I changed that about 9 months ago with p90x and went down to 150. Now im bulking as well and follow IIFYM and eat 3200 calories as of right now. My best advice to you would be to…
-
I would suggest sticking with 260 for now and if you dont like what you see when you get there you can set another goal when you get there. Just keep on going strong. Peoples goals change all the time, its nothing to worry about.

There is nothing wrong with lifting every day. Its probably better to have one rest day a week. If you do want to lift every day then you will jsut have to pay alot of attention to your performance. If it really starts to get bad and you are feeling tired and drained all day then it is time to take a few days off for…

Im bulking until new years then cutting from there. That way Ill be ready for the spring, Why would you want to cut in the middle of winter?
-
Yeah try to keep the exercise, calories and macros in check for 2 more weeks and see what happens
-
I dont know how long you have been eating at your higher calorie level but I know that when you do increase your calories it can be very easy to feel full and nauscious alot of the time, It happens to me quite frequently. It could also be you are eating to close before and/or after your workouts which will cause nausea. It…

Honestly the best way is to just get started and stay there, if you are hungry all the time it is probably ok to raise your calories some and you will still lose weight, but its never easy to get started after a long break, you just have to stick with it.

yopeeps is right, I have nevver had the need to binge because if there is a food I really want to eat I just find a way to incorporate it into my dairy. You have to approach this as a life change and not a diet so you have to be able to enjoy yourself every once in awhile
-
I have already hit my goal but would love to support you through this, im 19 and my original weight loss goal was only 15lbs
-
I use them regularly and think they are a great supplement, best time to take them is post workout. Stick with BCAAs all other forms are pretty much useless. I have noticed a big difference in muscle mass on and off of them.
-
I would suggest either milk, or whey protein and juice, you really want a 4-1 carb-protein ratio after a workout, it helps fight off soreness and stimulates the most muscle growth.
-
It is kind of hard to tell but my guess is you are not eating enough and your body is adjusted to running and bking so the effects are minimal. As you get closer to your weight loss goal your body is body resistant to weight loss and the only way to solve this is to slowly increase your calories, Ive seen it works…

One of the things I do to make things easy is cook all my meals for the week on sunday and put them in the fridge to reheat when I need them, makes things super convenient and quick especially for a busy lifestyle. Another tip is to go to eatthis.com. It gives you easy meal plans that can be set to fit specific macros and…

Yeah its pretty common to eat more in the colder months I live on the opposite coast (Virginia) but I too find it harder to control my cravings when its colder out. And my mom has ciliacs so I know how hard it can be to find some gluten free snacks in a pinch. A few recommendations I have would be quest bars, and gluten…
