  • I made a massive salad earlier, then had a pitta with tuna mayo, mozzarella and cucmber later on. I don't eat at normal times so pick whichever for dinner :tongue: I'm just about to go make something else so I might be back to add something later!
  • I came of WW and gained a lot! 5 stone in two years.. I will NEVER be so careless again. I might not track when I get to goal, but I will still weigh and will be back on it as soon as it moves!!

  • I make modifications to ones I used to make. Such as now I'll add extra vegetables and use brown rice not white to this chicken dish I used to make. I also use just chilli powder instead of a packet powder with loads of sugar and sodium in it! I'm not a skinny-mini yet but I like to think I'll be there soon!
  • Well... I just did the 2 mile abs one, with dumbells not the belt, and I'm cream crackered!!!!!! Much much harder going than I expected, went really quick though. I'll do that again :smile:
  • If you're doing enough damage to not recover for an entire week then stop! A little soreness would be acceptable but if you are only able to do the workout once a week because of it then you are not doing any good to your muscles!

  • I know it's frustrating but you have done fantastic so far! Did you take your measuurements before you started? You could see if your inches aremoving if the scale is not.
