I have a habit of weighing everyday but I will start weighing in on Fridays. 21 5'4 138.6 this morning My goal for this would be 128-130 My ultimate goal is 115-120 but mainly just toning up!

My BF told me I need to do this. I think I will. But I weighed myself today and I lost 2 lbs out of nowhere. I even ate ice cream last night lol.

Thank you! I am always hungry anyway I don't think I can cut back lol. I lost an inch from my waist in these 3 weeks so far. I'm really not sure if that is good progress or not since I was always about the scale.

I found a jar of peanut butter mixed with honey in already! It's delicious.

I'm having this same problem. But I lost 1.5 inches the first week and this is the second week and I gained a lb. My BF told me he notices a difference already though.

That is very great to hear! :) When I finish Insanity, I will find a program more focused on muscle than cardio.

Thanks and congrats on yours!!! Is weights more important than cardio to lose the skin? I have a lot of muscle. If that skin was gone I would not be suprised to look slightly ripped lol. I build muscle very easily.

That would be great to only keep the same scar. Yeah I think about it a lot but I want to wait because that would be horrible to go for that surgery and then stretch it out all over again.

Switch to almond milk. It's low calorie, healthy, and delicious. :) I haven't drank any other milk in such a long time.
