Finally figured out my NSV's 1. To get 8 hours of sleep, and go to bed at the same time every night. 2. Get ready for the next day the night before, ie cloths, lunch, you get the idea. That's it for now I may add some things later. Welcome to all the newcomers and good luck on your journeys.

One more glass to go.......it's easier this round, but still a work in progress. No weights today, but hitting the sack early tonight so I can workout in the morning.

Baked chicken is easy, place boneless, skinless chicken breasts in really any baking dish that has been sprayed with "pam" and bake at 350 for 30 mins on each side. Really great if you put some salsa on the chicken before cooking Salt and pepper to taste. Buy a vegetable steamer, place it in your pot with some water, place…

Check out Lauren Brooks DVD's, she is one of the best instructors, and she teaches the correct posture, which is so important with kettlebells. She also has some youtube videos that will give you an idea of a real kettlebell workout. Good luck and enjoy!!

You might want to try oatmeal. You have the option to choose steel cut oats (probably the best for you) they cook in 45 mins, or rolled oats that cook in 5mins or quick oats that take 1 min. This gives you the option of adding fruit, cinnamon, raisins or whatever you like. My personal favorite is the 5 minute variety with…

Hi Everyone, Well it's Saturday morning, and I'm getting ready to mow my neighbors yard (little old lady), and then I'm going to clean my moms house so exercise is going to get done. Water is a whole other story, going to give it my best shot. @catniss don't give up. I have to treat dieting like I'm some kind of addict I…

Happy TGIF Everyone, Well, my water pretty much stinks today, but going to try like the devil to get it in. Exercise done, as in I mowed the yard for 35 mins. Weed eating and blowing will happen tomorrow. I guess I need a camel - back, backpack so I can drink it while I clean houses otherwise it is a royal pain to stop and…

Hi everyone, What a day, I'm at 8 glasses of water and not sure I'll make it to 10. We'll see. Had a function to attend right after work so no exercising for me, although my work is very physical. Hope tomorrow will be a better day. Ate out tonight and keep my calories under control, skipped the desert so there were some…

Exercise done, 31 mins on stationary bike, and only 1 cup of water to go. Plus I cleaned houses for 7 hrs today whew. I didn't want to exercise when I got home, but thanks to the challenge got it done. Hopefully I can keep it up. Enjoy tomorrow everyone.

I've still got 4 glasses of water to drink, but never fear I will get it done. Since I just saw thread I'm going to try to 30 mins in of some type of movement.
-
I would love to do this challenge. I never drink enough water, and 30 mins of exercise a day would be a good challenge. And by golly I love to weigh in on Tuesdays!! 4/26 SW 165 6/21 GW 155 Game on!!

Love this....Thanks for posting.

Haven't tried the pose, but I own a residential cleaning service and vacuum on most days. No muffin top here, and a pretty trim stomach. I say kill two birds with one stone, just do the (sucking in) while you vacuum, plus you get the weight of the vacuum itself.
-
Hi Deanna, I don't have a treadmill, but really need to get some exercising in. Count me in I am going to try!!!!

Totally agree with greeneyed84, plus you say you have no stress, but you have been through a lot. No concrete answers here, but know that patience and determination will pay off. Good Luck on your journey!!!
