I always have a pedialyte popsicle (yes yes, the ones we give kids when they are sick). have one the next day and you'll feel better, it rehydrates your body. And then just keep drinking lots of water throughout the day.

Did day 1 of level on first thing this morning, feeling pretty good about myself, not feeling much in the arms or in the abs compared to what I feel in the legs, let's just say I have a harder time going up and down the stairs:sad: , but that's ok, we can do it girls, GO GO GO, keep the motivation going :happy:

I started Turbo Jam this morning, But I think tomorrow morning I will join your group, since I have the DVD's.... just so much funner when other are doing the same thing. Good luck to all you girls out there :)
