I did C25K about 3 months ago and took a little break and cut down on my running but since... I run about 3 miles 3-4 times a week. It definitely helped me after my knee surgery to stop being so scared that it would hurt to run again. Happy Running!

Hmmm... Well maybe think about TOM/PMS (sorry if TMI). It could be water retention, with workout I like to use the Fitness Blender channel on YouTube its free and you can find low impact AMAZING workouts on their channel!!! But also remember to fuel your body. :) I know its a short and sweet response but hope this helps!…

I've completed 1 round of the 21 day fix. It opens your eyes on your portions and definitely educates you. I lost 6 lbs with it and gained knowledge on how to move forward.
