  • A friend told me about Cassie Ho's youtube videos "pop pilates". I haven't tried them yet but I'm hearing she can be a bit annoying but her videos are awesome. Have to give those a try soon.
  • I like Jillian Michaels too, but I'm also a big fan of Jessica Smith's 10 pounds down Better Body Blast. Intense workout but explained very well and easy to follow, music that makes me want to move. Found it in a bargain bin, but she's great. Jessica Smith also has some pretty good online videos on youtube.
  • Any particular brands/kinds of sports bras you ladies are championing? I've been through a couple, not really a fan of any of them...maybe I'm buying them too cheap.
  • I do a mix of stationary bike, hoola-hoop, throw in an exercise video now and then (Jessica Smith, Jillian Michaels, circuit training tapes). Trying to stay under 1200 calories a day give or take. Trying for 60 minutes of exercise at least 3 days a week, but some amount of exercise every day.
