It is high in calories, so like anything, drink it in moderation. I totally agree that it is the BEST sports drink. I look for chocolate milk that is made with sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup and usually water it down with 1/2 fat free plain milk and 1/2 chocolate milk. Enjoy!

making changes is hard. I understand the "bad" days where you end up eating too many desserts, or all carbs or whatever. These all sound pretty accurate...but buy a scale, most helpful 15 bucks you'll spend! And be sure to get one that has a "tare" function.

I completly agree...natural is the way to go. Go for natural sweeteners over the lab produced options. Plus, awknowlaging eating those calories makes you really appriciate the treats!

My favorite DVD to work out with is Denise Austin: Mat Workout based on JH Pilates....it is low impact and great for strength training, balance, and toning.
