I agree!!! I think sugar is addictive. I need 3 days to give up sugar and the fourth day I don't have cravings at all. Only few days before my period starts, I 'm getting crazy about sugar or chocolate although I am not a chocolate fun. On the other hand, I eat almost every day 1-2 biscuits with my coffee (with stevia), I…

If you ignore the sugars and still losing weight, it's ok I think. I use to count them though, not because I think I 'll gain weight if I ignore them but when I eat more sugars even from fruit I find myself more hungry. That's because of fruit's glycemic index. We are grateful you reply to our "crap" with a big crap paragraph! If you were not feeling insecure you wouldn't apologise about how you are dressed while working out and you would't show your butt in a website.

Not being home is not an excuse to eat like this. It's been a long time since I read such an unhealthy diary! How are you supposed to lose weight and burn fat eating kfc and mc donalds almost every day? You can prepare your meals from home. I think that at least the 50% of fitnesspal members work 8-10 hours per day. How…

Thank you Dianne for your reply! I prefer to eat more protein to catch the calorie goal. I try not to eat more sugars or excess fat than the daily standards.
