I was going to start the fitness test, but I was too lazy to go for my jog! I did the squats video instead, I'm glad I have strong legs because that was a little tough! Fitness test will be demolished on Wednesday :smile:

I definitely agree with eating what makes you happy in moderation! You can lose weight eating a lot of "bad" foods, just comes down to portion control. I have also made noodles out of very thinly sliced bell pepper, it tastes really good in a cajun style dish or with an alfredo type sauce. You can't even tell they aren't noodles!
