Feeling inspired by others goals. Have fun everyday and no computer after 9pm are fantastic goals. Going to start small, though 1. Log food everyday 2. 120 min of weight lifting/week 3. Try out new bootcamp class. Go for 4 weeks before making a decision about it. 4. Continue to avoid added sugar where possible

Not everyone can absorb D through food. If you are one of those people, you will need to take supplements or shots. Over time, low D can cause fatigue, impact memory and be serious.
