Since being underweight, my back pain has gotten worse along with overall joint and body pain. I was recently diagnosed with scoliosis which I do think plays a part in my back pain but my low weight certainly doesn't help. You should NOT be quitting anti-depressant medication cold turkey, that's a terrible idea. You should be slowly tapering off, the brain zaps are part of the wihdrawals. I suggest you go back to your doctor and discuss your concerns with weight gain since taking the medication and see what other treatment options are…

This. All I've seen from you in this thread OP is excuses and whining. Not everyone is going to coddle you, take responsibility for your actions. Obviously what you're doing isn't working and many people gave you great, realistic advice.
