H&M, Zara, Urban Behavior, and Forever 21 are some of my favorite stores to shop at.

Exactly. It's a good source of fat and is great when I'm low on calories but I wouldn't say it's a great source of protein.

I love butter, can't stand margarine. It tastes too much like plastic to me. :ohwell:

Don't.

I agree.

Yum! I'll have to try this sometime.

Your metabolism doesn't stop until you're dead.. If you don't want to be hungry for hours, eat a meal high in protein and/or healthy fats.

Right here.

Counting calories is definitely more effective, imo. You can lose weight without it but calorie counting makes it much easier once you get into the habit of it.

This is great advice. OP, 2000 calories is a great step in the right direction but your body really needs more than that during recovery from anorexia. Your body and mind will thank you once you eat around 2500+. I'd stay away from heavy exercise right now, you could still be at risk for many complications. The oppurtunity…

It depends on yoir bone structure. I have a thigh gap.

I wouldn't worry about it. I doubt he's going to see you naked, change his mind, and leave the room. Just relax and be confident in yourself. :)

Don't eat breakfast, then. Meal timing is irrelevant.

No, I've never done something like that. I'm very supportive and encouraging of when someone wants to better themselves, especially the people I love and care about. Seeing them happy makes me happy. Why would I want to stop them from feeling great?

Try heavy whipping cream, one tablespoon in hot drinks is so good! It makes the drink very creamy. Maybe a little vanilla extract or cinnamon too? There's so many possibilities. :)

I try to focus on macros because when I hit those, my calorie goals fall into place.

Krema 9% vanilla greek yogurt with blueberries and Qi'a cranberry vanilla superfood cereal.

Eat foods higher in fat like peanut butter, avocado, nuts, full fat dairy, coconut oil, etc. Those are low volume foods with a high calorie density.

Try yoga, it's amazing for stress and anxiety.

The thin bashing in this thread is appalling.

There's nothing wrong with pie and ice cream (if you have no problems eating in moderation) and this sounds typical of a parent to do. Why not treat yourself sometimes? But either way, you don't HAVE to eat it even if she gave you some. It's your diet and your responsibility.
-
Wow, you sure are bitter.

It's food and water weight, don't fret. You didn't eat enough to gain 2lbs. You would need to eat 7,000 calories over your maintenance to gain 2lbs.
-
Exactly. Wear what you feel good in, there's nothing wrong with being confident in your own body and flaunting it.
-
I agree. I'm all for body positivity and encourage it but I don't agree with body shaming, on either end (thin or fat).

Eating "clean" can mean a wide variety of things depending on the individual, opening your diary would be helpful. In my experience, taking vitamins and probiotics has caused bloating and stomach discomfort. You should see a doctor, though.
