Bloating belly

I am a 19 year old muscular 5'4'' female whose weight fluctuates between 120-130 pounds. I have been a vegetarian for 4 years and have been gluten free dairy free since January. I work out pretty regularly and eat cleanly but with the understanding that I need to allow myself to eat "unhealthy" things too, so I will not binge and purge. I take probiotics and vitamin d daily and have been doing so since February.
For the past 3 weeks I have been experiencing stomach bloating. The whole thing just hangs out and hurts. My bowel movements fluctuate from regular once a day to several day constipation where all I can release are small pebble like movements. I drink a lot of water and eat flax several days a week.
What's wrong with me??

Eating "clean" can mean a wide variety of things depending on the individual, opening your diary would be helpful. In my experience, taking vitamins and probiotics has caused bloating and stomach discomfort. You should see a doctor, though.0
