Personally, I like the recovery drink (flavor wise especially), but the emergenC recommendation sounds like a great alternative. I sometimes substitute the recovery drink for the vanilla meal replacement one (cheaper!) and add berries and whey to it, use just water or almond milk.

4 miles in an hour is pretty fast for a walk. I usually do 3 in an hour and that is enough to cause some pain even if I have worked out steadily... I know I don't get any kind of calf benefit from TurboFire, and that is what kills me after a walk. Jumping around vs walking, totally different muscles, but both great!

take a day or two off, get back at it. hell, i have to do a couple p90 days and a couple turbo days and switch it all up just to motivate myself... like a blind eenie meenie minie mo... As long as you go back to it!!

Ya, see where she is in a couple months... I'm lucky that my weight loss pushers on facebook are all about pushing Beachbody WORKOUTS on me. LOL, that's right, they push working out and not starving myself. Quick fix people need not apply!
