I would strongly suggest you to just eat more foods like broccoli and such and you'll probably feel more full and energetic than with some gimmick pill, and at the same time give your body way more important vitamins and minerals. Skinny Fiber? Criminy....

What color was the sticker? White ones are really just empty calories, and lots of them. Try and eat brown stickers; they have fewer calories and carbs and way less sugar.

I Love Gulden's Mustard instead of mayo for my tuna salad. A little horseradish never hurts, pepper, etc. If you like mustard, give it a shot. (Subbing mustard into potato salad is even better IMHO, though I'm laying off spuds these days.)
