Stay Positive my friend. I know its totally confusing on figuring out how many calories to eat and how many calories you have burn. I find that this site being fantastic and definately a great tool to use but the calories they give seem low. I would use other reputable sites and use the happy medium in between but…

Cut up zucchini, onions, tomatoes, throw in some chick peas, spices and a little cheese and bake int he oven till the zucchini is soft.... its amazing!!!!

Ive had issues with that as well. I recently went to a naturopath and she put me on a 3 week cleanse for my colon, liver basically GI tract. You need to remember there is sugar is everything, natural sugars and bad sugars. Breads are terrible for sugars! You basically have to revamp your way of eating. Incorporate lots of salads but watchout for the dressing thats where it`ll get you!

You need to flip that switch in your brain to not eat past 7pm. I know its HARD but maybe start changning what you eat in your house. When you go grocery shopping, stick to fresh produce and meats. Dont buy processed foods and start looking up recipes online that are healthy treats. Husbands are the worst cause they dont…

I think in general moderation is key. Yo dont need to have an entire pizza but maybe one or two slices, then again I think that if you are going to eat something that is `bad` then watch what you eat throughout the day.
