Im lactose intolerant so I eat my favorite high fiber cereal with my soy or silk milk with peanut butter whole wheat toast and I'm set :)

First of all good job keeping up with your routine! Maybe you're gaining muscle weight? Which isn't bad at all! But if you're looking for more of a weight loss, I'd do more cardio and less lifting throughout the week. I've noticed I've had to do that a few times. Good luck :)!
