  • I am also using Zumba on the Wii. I do know it stops between songs but nothing says you have to stop moving. March, skip, hop, run in place, whatever! Just keep your heart rate up between songs. I do okay when I walk/run but I do great when I've been hitting the Zumba!

  • I totally agree. I think people would be shocked at how much sodium is packed into foods that they eat every day.   • I had one in 2008 and I will say this; you will never regret it. Do stay accountable on your weight though. I went from a G to a C, but then gained weight & got back up to a DD. Once I get it off this time, I'm keeping it off. Congrats!

  • Such an accomplishment! I hope to do something similar on my journey. By the way, there is a camera app I just started using called CamMe that will take pictures of you without you having to hold it in your hand. That way you can get a full selfie without having to be blocked by the phone.
