Calorie count has worked for me. I do not want to be restricted to low carbs all my life. Just make it a lifestyle, which means you will have up and downs, but do not give up.

I absolutely need to use mine. It is hard to know how much you are eating sometimes. My food scale keeps me on track.

I am currently 242.5 and want to get down to 170. I know it can be done with a made up mind. You can add me as a friend.:smile:

Stay motivated. I do a lot of exercise with DVD's,and games (Wii). If you have cable, you can also find exercises on there to use.

Try not to get frustrated. Everyone has a "bad" day every now and then. If you beat yourself up, it may make you go on an emotional eating binge. I like to eat the dark chocolate covered fruit, but I always measure it on the food scale and believe it or not, it is enough. Stay strong
