Maybe give it a week at 1900 calories a day, with your current activity level, and see how much you lose. You are relatively young, so that might be fine for you. This happens to me sometimes when I have a later evening step class at our YMCA. I can't eat much beforehand. Sometimes I'll eat a bowl of cereal with almond milk and berries, or an apple with almonds/light string cheese, or a light English muffin with almond butter, or maybe popcorn if it's movie night.
