it depends on what kind of exercise you do, intensity, length, and your weight. I can easily burn around 500 calories from my daily workout of an hour on the treadmill. I usually set the incline up all the way and use weights while I walk. On run days its way more calories than that

My biggest bra size was a 44f when I was nursing with my first daughter. By the time I got pregnant with my second I went back to 44DD (I had gained roughly 40 pounds in between that time) I started eating better and the weight I did gain through my 2nd was not in boob area. Now that my youngest is almost 2 1/2 and still…

I started c25k the beginning of the year. Tmrw morning with be week 9 workout 3! I get so excited when I get on my treadmill in the mornings. I've tried to slow it down so I just do 3 days of running but the other 4 days I end up running also. Its just not fun going slow. I love the way it makes me feel knowing I'm not out…

When I got pregnant with my second baby I just couldn't believe it when my midwife told me to keep the weight gain to less than 15lbs because of being morbidly obese. I never seen myself as obese let along morbidly obese. I just thought I was fat. I think that was what clicked for me because I knew deep down she was…

I started with a BMI over 52 (at 29 yrs of age) I started with walking around 3mph on a treadmill and now I'm around a BMI of 31 and in week 7 of C25K with speed up to 7 mph. Once in a while I will toss in a workout dvd like butt bible or jillian micheals 30 day shred.

You should still be able to workout regardless the following day. Just make sure you wash and dry it as per the tattoo artist suggests.

For about every 20 pounds I go up a gauge size for my plugs. I'm at 2g for bottom and 6g for my second hole. At 120 lost I got my septum pierced

I'm going on week #4 starting tmrw morning. I love it. I've been using my treadmill almost daily since last July (maybe 6 days total since then that I haven't got on it due to being sick or something). Before I started c25k I had already mastered the 4 preprogrammed weight loss workouts and was doing manual mode upping…

I wore my HRM a few wks ago when I did a cleaning spree while kids where at daycare. Five hours straight of dishes, laundry, vaccuming, mopping & waxing kitchen & bathroom floors, and moving living room furniture around. I came up with a little over 1500 calories burned. I took 2 ten minute breaks at which I stopped my HRM.

I made a meatloaf earlier this week and when I was adding all the ingriedients In the recipe feature I was amazed that a 1 pound roll of sausage was close to 2000 calories!

I'm a single parent with a full-time job that has mandatory overtime (current work schedule is 6am-4:30pm Mon-Fri and occasional Sat) I get up at 2:30am and walk on my treadmill for an hour while my kids (ages 4 and 2) are still sleeping. I've kept this same exercise time for the last 8 months or so. My evenings are so…

It doesn't matter. There is still 24 hours in a day.

my starting weight was over 300 and I'm 5'7. I thought I had the wide shoulders, big hands, and big feet (couldn't find womens shoes that fit so I wore a size 10 1/2 EEE in a mens). I'm finding now that everything is shrinking down along with weight loss. My last pair of shoes for work I bought were a size 11 in womens NO…

My starting BMI was 53.3. Two years and one month later it is 32.9. It can be aggravating at times to know that I am still considered obese after all the weight I have lost but I'm closer to being in the overweight catergory that I have ever been in my life

I have a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old. My main workout is on the treadmill early in the morning while they are still asleep. On weekends I turn the tv on in the bedroom (where treadmill is) and for the most part they hangout in there. I try to get a new dvd every few weeks so it keeps them glued to the tv due to my treadmill…

I nursed altogether 28 months between my two kids. With my first I didn't lose any if anything I gained part of which was due to depression. My second child I lost around 50 lbs from when I had her til my first yearly 13 months later. I only nursed her for 10 months. I didn't exercise during either time but my second go…

That's how I felt at my first yearly back to my midwife 13 months after having my last baby. I had lost about 60 lbs by cutting portion sizes by nearly half. Since then I bought a treadmill and workout like crazy and count calories. I am down 130 now since I had my last baby. Cant wait for my next yearly with her to see…

I think mine is set to 1540 cal/day I exercise like crazy and eat back almost all of my calories which is between 500-1500 cals depending on how long I am on my treadmill and what workout videos I do that day. I lost the first 60 lbs by cutting portions sizes by half in 13 months with no excercise then I got my treadmill…

You could always check into buying a heart rate monitor. Mine you enter height, age, and weight and it will calculate calories burned based of your heart rate. Good buy if you really want a more accurate calorie number. Hope this helps

bring in the treadmill! I have mine right in my bedroom so I have no excuse not to use it. I've used it daily for at least an hour a day since July. Major weight loss plus I challenge myself to either burn a few more calories or go a few more tenths of a mile more than I did the previous week plus I never do the same walk…

At about 50 lbs my OB had made a comment (13 months after my youngest was born). Started a new job and nobody there really knew I was in the process of losing weight. It took about another 40 before coworkers noticed. And around 110 lost was when guys started hitting on me at work :blushing:

I come very close to eating my calories back every day. I also am burning up between 700 and 1400 a day depending on how much I use my treadmill. I walk at least 1 hour every morning and if I have time during the week I will walk another hour later that night. On weekends I walk at least 2 hours a day. I try to go by what…

feel free to add me :)

you can add me. I'm about halfway to my goal weight. I've lost a little over 110 pounds so far!

I've lost a little over 110lbs so far and as of yet I'm not having any issues other than my upper arms. I have about another 100lbs to go til my goal weight
