  • Hi I want to lose 50-60 lbs. in total. Hopefully 24lbs in 3 months. My goals for this week are: -Log everyday and include EVERYthing -Don't snack after supper -Allow one small treat per day (one cookie etc.) -Work out at least 4 times (Jillian Michaels 30 day shred or go for small hike)
