I'm 5'2" and feel like I carry all my weight in my belly. I have a younger sister that is 5'10" who wears maybe a 10 and looks skinny as all get out. I wear an 8 and look pudgy.

I get this often. I am still considered overweight by at least 5 pounds. I would like to lose at least another 15. And that would put me in the middle of the range. Actually lower would be nice, but maintenance would be too hard.

Kind bars for any kind of candy bar. Wow! I love nearly all the flavors (any with cranberry I do not like). Fave right now is peanut butter dark chocolate. It almost (I said almost) remined me of a Snickers candy bar when I was eating it.

Yes! Depending on what you eat and how much you worked out, how much water you had, and sodium levels, it could fluctuate 1-3 pounds daily, even more. My tummy is the last to go. I have to be close to goal before it looks flat, and still a bit flabby if I have not done enough toning exercise. So focus on just losing the weight. When there is nowhere else for it to come off at, it will come off your abs.

Get your hands on P90X if you can for toning. You will seriously find the toning you need and drop the last few pounds. The workouts are long and some are tough, but stick with it and you will get the results.
