This sounds like a fantastic idea. I've decided to add this to my planned 3x45min workouts a week. I've taken a photo on my phone so I have the guide with me all of the time and I've just done my 20 seconds, although I did it twice as I'm not sure my bum was down properly the first time! Thanks for the inspiration.
