I'm 5'4" and 3 quaters! so practically 5'5" :P my goal weight is around 120-130 as well, so I am about 80lbs away from 125! woooo

what do you ladies do for lifting? when I go to the gym I am absolutely lost on what to do when doing weights so I just stick to the machines.. D: IDK WHAT TO DO

I started at 224( my highest) lost 14 lbs between june and july( idk how! wasn't practicing a healthy lifestyle) and then I have lost anoth 5lbs since starting MFP again at the end of july. I will post pics later!!
