  • I just started doing 2 a days. Yesterday morning I did cardio (elliptical and bicycle for 15 min each) and in the afternoon I did 10 min of cardio (jogging) and upper body (rowing, bicep cursl, lat pulls, tricep dips, ect). Today I plan to do cardio and lower body (lunges, squats core exercises and butt) routines.
