Echoing what another poster said, but Costco Pizza is the absolute worst! When i got two slices awhile ago i saw how greasy and was thinking oh well i'm hungry even though this will probably be between 600-700 calories. I get home to log only to find out that they are 700 calories EACH! What a waste. :(

Hi! I'm an avid runner and a personal trainer going from bulk back down to my marathon running weight. Attempting to drop 30 pounds (split between muscle and fat) to limit stress on my knee's. I'm aiming to lose all the weight by May and run a half in June. You're welcome to add me! :)

I'm with the hulk guy. You can go over on protein and by going over just 25-30 grams is more than fine. You have body builders consuming 250-350 grams a day!

I like to keep mine simple! Some fluffy white bread, roast beef, tomato, lettuce, sprouts, onions topped off with some horseradish mayo! So yummy!
