I use a food scale in addition to the cup measurements to make sure it's accurate. I can't measure every exact piece of cereal I eat, but by using both I'm pretty sure it's as close as it can get to 100% accurate

I'm quite sedentary during the day, I'm normally confined to a desk and don't move around much until I go and workout. I know it's because I'm naturally inactive through my work and stuff, therefore I just don't burn many calories during the day (not including my workout)

I have a low BMR so I'm very aware of all my calories because if I end up with maybe 1200 after exercise (which would be normal for someone else and would be a good deficit) i would only have a deficit of 100-200 cals and hardly lose.

I am definitely not an emotional eater.

Thanks so much. I know I've been trying to do the best low calorie things to eat, because my BMR is low (1,300-1,400 from the sites I've checked) so I don't know really how to eat enough of certain food groups in fear of not actually ending up with a calorie deficit. I would use protein powder but I am dairy free and…

I actually do use a food scale for my portions. All the food I eat in one day amounts to about 1200, or a little less. This includes what I eat after I exercise. I burn 450-500 cals through exercise.

I'm definitely not starving myself. I feel full and satisfied when eating this amount. I'm quite sedentary during the day and therefore my calories have to be low so I can lose

I do log and before exercise I'm always at 1200 or a bit under. My cereal is 130 exactly measured. I measure all my portions

I'm not quite sure what carb cycling is but I've tried eating very low carb and it was really hard for me (dizzy, headaches etc)

I know I really shouldn't weigh this much; I don't have a flat stomach and my thighs have a lot of fat, and I'm just not toned either. I know for my height (5'0) my weight (123pounds) is probably high. Considering I weigh the amount of my mom who is 5'5.

I plug in my weight in workout machines and I really get in a good hard workout everyday. And I really don't eat much which is why I don't understand how I'm not losing. 130 calories of cheerios is enough for me, it's a one cup serving (100cal) and my almond milk is unsweetened and only 30 calories per cup. I measure it…

In stature I'm small, I weigh 123 pounds. I haven't successfully lost anything, over a few months I've just gained. I work very hard in the gym and by registering my weight in the machines I'm able to tell what I'm burning based on weight.

Yes I do measure and I use those words because I don't eat those same specific foods each day. Based on the different foods I eat it's between those amounts I stated.

It's a new routine that I've been doing for a bit over a month. I weigh 123 and I'm 5'0

Tiny as in short. I'm small in stature but I have weight to lose in my stomach , thighs, and a little in my arms.
