  • My mother got me a book that seems to be a pretty good one. It's called strong women stay young by Miriam Nelson - it is mostly exercises with light free weights 10 lbs and under and ankle weights. It has a good basic routines - my mother has her book strong women strong bones - focusing on exercises that help bone density.
  • Thanks - I found it now too! I also noticed they made an update to the app. today that will allow you to select what day your week starts on which is great.
  • I downloaded the app for my kindle fire and it's there - that'll be good enough - thanks for letting me know that it was there on the android app, because that's what the kindle is based on.
  • Ok, I did a google search for images of the app, it looks like there are pictures with a black bar across the top that lets you switch between daily and weekly, but unfortunately I don't have that black bar, just a blue bar with nothing on the right, but a menu button on the left. I wonder if they removed it in the latest…
