Quest bars. lol. Im just saying- aside from my veggies, and MAYBE some brown rice... I eat one of those and add a good 18g of fiber, it makes it easy for me to hit 40g a day! I deduct my fiber count from carbs and hit about 80g a day when its all said and done.

I just made the decision last month- Im cranky with the food adjustment, but am so dedicated im finding it easy to follow my diet- now getting the right balance of cardio/weights is tricky. Add me :) I need more like-minded friends
