Level 3 Day 1 DONE! Tough but doable! I kept up with Natalie the whole workout and just had to modify with Anita for the last ab workout. T'was good! :)

This is old already, but level 2 day 10 done! Someone needs to put up today's role call so I can post my w/o today! Completed my first day of level 3! Woo hoo!

jkrim so is this your second time doing the 30ds? Did you do it right after completing the first round? I'm wondering what I should do after my 30 days. I was contemplating just starting the program over once I finish.

Level 2 Day 5 DONE!!!!! The walk out push ups have become so much easier!!

Love it! With some basil and olive oil! Yum! Serve with some roasted eggplant, peppers, tomatoes and purple onion splashed with some balsamic vinegar dressing! Wow!!!

Very annoying, I deal with the same thing. I have a question. Is the beginning text of the health warning blurry to you? I'm try to figure out if all the dvds are like that or if I managed to buy a copied version. Anyone?

I've been doing level one from youtube. But, the other day my dvd came in the mail and I had to check out level 2. I was a little worried but really it's not bad. What was hard for me was the push ups. You start from a standing position and crawl in to the move and then back up again and then down. It was hurting my palms,…
