Can you let me know of you like the bra when you get it? I'm considering ordering one too.

What exercise program did you follow ect...?

Is anyone that is doing the NROL4W following a paleo or primal diet?

How did you decide where to set your calorie goal? I am starting the new rules for weight lifting for women tomorrow but I'm also cutting out a lot of carbs, grains and dairy right now for some allergy testing so I need to make sure I can still get enough calories in.

I hate to sound like an idiot here but how will I know if I need to do that or not?

I make mine the same but pop a frozen banana in to make it creamy and it is amazing!

Thanks. I wore it for swimming last night and for water aerobic this morning with the strap it came with and it worked great. I'm so glad I got it because I was way over calculating my calorie burn!

Have you been using your's with the strap it came with and has it been working? I just got mine and want to try it out but most people seem to say that I should have ordered the T31 starp. I live overseas so it will take forever to get!!

Depends on your frame and body shape. I am far from my goal weight now but when I was working at a gym, training every day and in the best shape of my life I was 165 and loving how I looked. I'm 5'6.5. I woudl give ANYTHING to be there again. SO I am slowly but surely on my way back there. Good luck.

Hi, I just received the book on Saturday. I've read it almost all the way through but I wanted to ask if you guys had any advice for getting started. I have a trainer but I don't think he is pushing me hard enough. He is on vacation until August 2nd but my plan is to just print out the workouts and tell him "I want to do…

I was surprised about all the bad reviews because they actually have no taste. Then I found out that what I have been eating is tofu noodles NOT shirataki noodles which are made from yam. I have heard recently in the US they have been adding tofu to take the taste of the shirataki noodles but my suggestion is to just buy…

Try an olive oil mister. I love mine! It really cuts back on the amount of oil. You fill it half way with olive oil and then pump the can with air and it comes out as a fine mist. No scary additives. If I have time I slightly steam the mushrooms first then spritz the pan and the mushrooms with the olive oil mist and give…

Actually they are great. When cooking meatballs or stuffed peppers I don't rinse the meat of course. But when I cook tacos I do. I brown the meat and then rinse it before I toss it back into the pan with reduced sodium taco seasoning and water and then cook it down til it's nice and thick. Doesn't lose any taste at all. :-)

I found this on the taste of home website... Rinsing Browned Ground Beef I drain and rinse ground beef after cooking to eliminate some fat and calories, but I'm not sure how much is rinsed away. Is 80% lean beef (drained and rinsed) as lean as 95% lean beef? —L.A., Woodridge, Illinois In a word, yes. Research from Iowa…

This is so awesome!! Any before and after photos? Also, if you don't mind me asking, what exercise plan did you start with and how did you modify it over time?

I track mine no matter how many. If I know I have a client dinner or a party or something I often track them ahead of time so that I have some idea of how many calories I am drinking. It makes it easier to stop at a few instead of several (sometimes) :-). Also, I count it in my daily calories.

I've made them using the solid cottage cheese as well. I know it sounds yucky but they were pretty good. I also sometimes add a little brown rice.
