Yep, I am doing mine from Tokyo, Japan. It can be a right pain in the *kitten*. My suggestion is to get a scale and eat as much raw veggies and such as you can since they are great fr you and easy to look up. My advice is find a good cheap tailor. maybe someone that does it out of their home and get them to take in the good stuff (high quality suits and such). My suggestion is that you join one of the groups that has the same goals as you and find your friends there. That way you can get support from people that are trying to achieve the same things you are. Not everyone on here has the same goal or plans to achieve it the same way.

I'm not a fan of running anyway because I'm big busted and running is really uncomfortable, so I swim instead. To keep bone density and health you need weight bearing exercise. I started new rules of weight lifting for women about 2 weeks ago and I have also cut all grains and dairy for allergy testing reasons (I already know I am allergic to dairy). AND I FEEL AMAZING and can already see the difference. feel free to add me if you want.

So do I need to be eating back my exercise calories is my net ends up being only 1000 -1200 for the day? I don't want to lose muscle I'm trying to build by taking in to few calories.

I've continued to lose almost every week between .5 - 2 pounds. The Primal eating and no dairy part has really only been the past few weeks. I'm taking in around 100 - 120 grams of carbs a day but none of them come from grains, breads and such. They all come from fruits and veggies. Am I facing the same issues? :-/
